Exact by construction

Stock cannot be edited into place. Every quantity is the fold of an append-only ledger, and a reconcile job proves the two still agree.

Every unit has a reason.

Quantities never change by typing over a number. Each receipt, pick, move, adjustment and return is an append-only row — who, when, from where, to where and why — and the figure on the shelf is the fold of that ledger rather than a second number that can drift away from it.

Put-away, moves, picks, packs and counts are three scans: where you are, what you are holding, how many. A wedge scanner's keystrokes never get lost to a focus change, the phone camera stands in when there is no scanner, and every list a person walks is ordered by walk sequence so nobody crosses the building twice.

The same commands, through every door.

The screen, the REST API and the CSV importer are three adapters over one set of commands, so anything a person can do an integration can do — with the same rules, the same validation and the same words. Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce, FleetRunnr and carriers are connectors on that layer, not a separate product.

Send it twice on purpose

A retried webhook, a flaky connection, a double-tapped button: an Idempotency-Key gives you the same order back, never a second one.
